SMS marketing is the marketing strategy which uses short messages (less than 160 characters per SMS) as a method to convey the updates, offers, alerts, information about a product or a service to the potential customers or clients.
In other words, it’s the promotion of any product or service by sending SMS directly to the phone of a potential customer (for which they have granted the permission)
